Resin cures slower in monsoon humidity, and that is not a bug. This is how we work with the weather rather than against it — and why a piece poured in July might be the strongest one you ever own.
Resin pulls moisture from the air during the first 24 hours of its cure. In Rewari's pre-monsoon haze the studio runs at 38–45% humidity; by late July the floor reads 78% on the hygrometer. The same epoxy that cures clear and hard in May develops a faint amber haze in August unless we adjust the mix ratio and lengthen the cure window from 36 to 72 hours.
Slower is not a flaw. The Rewari pieces poured between July and September consistently test stronger in the Shore D hardness chart than the rushed February batches. The resin has more time to network, the bonds tighten differently, and the surface returns less rebound under a steel ball drop.
If you buy a piece in August expect a longer "made-to-order" window — 18 to 21 days instead of the 10 we quote in winter. The piece you receive is not delayed; it is finished. The November piece is rushed; the August piece is patient.
