Our handmade workshop is still warming up the kiln — please hold off on orders for now. Follow @neerami and we'll wave the green flag when we're ready

Welcome to Neerami. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, to place an order or create an account. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By placing an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract with us.
You may create an account to place orders, track them, and manage your saved details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
Browsing our website and adding a product to your cart does not constitute an offer to sell on our part — it is an invitation for you to make an offer to buy. Your order, submitted at checkout, is your offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order, which we do by sending you an order confirmation email or by dispatching your order, whichever happens first.
We may decline or cancel an order before this point — for example, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if there is a genuine pricing or listing error, or if we are unable to verify or fulfil the order. If this happens, any payment you have already made will be refunded in full.
You may cancel your order by contacting us before it has been dispatched. Because many of our products are made or personalized specifically for you, we may not be able to cancel an order once production has begun — please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
If we need to cancel your order for any reason, including the circumstances described in “Order Formation” above, we will notify you and refund any payment in full. Neither you nor we will be charged a cancellation fee for a legitimate cancellation under this section. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Refunds policy applies instead of cancellation.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay and Cashfree), which are regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank-account details — these are handled directly by the payment gateway. The gateway acts only as a facilitator of the payment; it is not a party to your purchase, and your contract for the goods is directly between you and Neerami.
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as our items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are to be expected. These are not defects but rather characteristics of handcrafted items.
We ship to most locations within India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Neerami is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
Risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you only upon successful delivery to the shipping address you provided. Until delivery, Neerami bears the risk of loss or damage occurring in transit. If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, this is covered under our Replacement Policy — please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date (or, for a lost shipment, within 2 days of the expected delivery date) so we can arrange a replacement or other resolution.
We warrant that products sold on this website are of merchantable quality and reasonably fit for their intended purpose, in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act, 1930. As our items are handmade, you agree that minor variations in color, texture, or finish (see “Product Information” above) are an inherent, expected characteristic of handcrafted work, not a defect — an express variation of the standard implied condition, as permitted under Section 62 of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930. If a product you receive is genuinely defective or damaged, see our Replacement Policy for the applicable remedy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to raise a request, the review process, the timelines, and how any refund is issued. Because our pieces are handmade and often personalized, requests are reviewed against the criteria set out in that policy — meeting those criteria means your request qualifies for review; it does not by itself guarantee approval. Please see the Returns & Refunds page for the full details.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Neerami or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
Some content on this website is submitted by users — for example, product reviews and images you upload for a personalized order. You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights to, any content you submit or upload, and you grant Neerami a licence to use it for the purpose you submitted it for (such as fulfilling your personalized order or displaying your review). If you believe any content on this website — whether ours or user-submitted, including a personalization-upload image — infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact our Grievance Officer (see our Privacy Policy for contact details) with details of the content and your claim, and we will address it in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
When using our website, you agree not to: (a) use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, other users' accounts, or our systems; (c) introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code; (d) scrape, harvest, or copy content or data from the website except as permitted by law; (e) post or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that impersonates another person; or (f) interfere with the proper working of the website or with any other user's use of it. We may restrict or withdraw your access if you breach this section.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neerami's total liability to you for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This limitation does not apply to, and nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: fraud or wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim before a consumer forum or a court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify Neerami against any third-party claim, loss, or reasonable expense that arises directly from your breach of these Terms, your infringement of another person's rights (for example, uploading content you do not have the right to use for a personalized order), or your unlawful use of the website. This is limited to matters within your own control and does not affect or reduce your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.
We are not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, performance that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic, strikes, civil unrest, war, failures of courier or payment-gateway partners, or internet, power, or government-imposed disruptions. If such an event prevents us from fulfilling an order, we will let you know and refund any payment for the affected order.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rewari, Haryana.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision will be applied to the minimum extent necessary or, if that is not possible, removed — and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time — for example, to reflect changes in our processes or in the law. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Any change applies to orders placed after it is published; it does not retrospectively change the terms of an order you have already placed. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and Neerami regarding your use of this website and your orders, and replace any earlier understanding on these matters. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.
For any questions regarding these Terms, please contact us at hello@neerami.in.
