Every Request Is Reviewed — Not Automatic

Because our pieces are handmade — and many are personalized — we don't offer instant or automatic returns. When you contact us, our team reviews the photos and order details you send, and may follow up by email with questions, before deciding whether to approve a replacement or refund. Meeting the criteria below means your request qualifies for review; it does not guarantee approval.

48-Hour Replacement Window

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you receive a product that's damaged, defective, or wrong, you must let us know within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and its packaging. Our team will review your report and order details and arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please report quickly — this short, firm window lets us resolve genuine issues fast and keeps the policy fair for everyone.

What's required for a return

All of the following are required for your request to qualify for review. Meeting them qualifies your request for review; every request is still verified individually — and the returned item inspected — before a replacement or refund is approved.

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (damage and defects are visible on unboxing, so please check your order as soon as it arrives)
Clear photos of the item and its outer packaging/box, showing the damage or defect
An unboxing video is strongly recommended — and expected if the parcel arrived tampered or open
The item must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and papers intact
Proof of purchase (invoice / Order ID)

Non-Returnable

A change of mind (an item that is as described, undamaged, and not defective) — we do not offer change-of-mind returns
Customized / personalized products
Items bought during “Final Clearance” sales
Minor artisanal variations (unique to handmade art — not a defect)
Damage caused by improper care, use, or handling after delivery
Requests reported after the 48-hour window

How we keep this fair. Every returned item is inspected before any refund is issued, and compared against our record of its condition at dispatch. We reserve the right to review or decline a request where there is evidence of misuse, of damage caused after delivery, or of a pattern of returns from the same account — always based on the evidence, never as a blanket refusal. Genuine issues are always honoured.

How to initiate a return?

As soon as you notice an issue, and within 48 hours of delivery, send an email to with your Order ID and photos of the damage/defect — please include a clear photo of the outer packaging/box as well. If you have an unboxing video, sharing it helps us review your request faster.

Our team will review the request within 48 hours — including your photos and order details, and we may follow up by email with questions — and let you know whether it's approved.

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup at no extra cost to you. After we receive and inspect the item, your replacement will be shipped, or your refund — the full amount you paid for that item, including any shipping charge on the order, with no deduction — will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
