Resin art is delicate. We treat every piece as if it were our own — because it was, until it became yours.
Every piece is individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap to cushion against transit impacts.
Sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes sized to fit each product snugly, preventing movement during transit.
Every package is clearly marked as fragile to ensure careful handling at every stage of delivery.
Each order includes a handwritten thank-you card and branded tissue paper — because unboxing should feel special.
We minimise plastic usage where possible and use recyclable packaging materials. Art should not cost the earth.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can track your package in real time through our courier partner's portal. We send notifications at every stage — dispatch, in-transit, out for delivery, and delivered.

We currently ship pan-India to all serviceable pincodes. International shipping is not available yet — follow us on Instagram for updates when we expand globally.
All orders are prepaid via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). COD is not available at this time. This helps us keep shipping costs low and pass the savings to you.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are dispatched the same day or the next business day. Handmade-to-order items may take 2-3 additional business days for crafting.
Our courier partners make 2-3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package is returned to our studio. We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Please do not accept a visibly damaged package. If you discover damage after opening, take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Please contact us immediately via the Help Center if you need to update your address.
