Personalized items — including products with engraving, photo upload, custom text, custom color, or any custom field selection — are non-returnable and non-refundable regardless of price or product category. Each personalized piece is made to order specifically for you and cannot be resold. Gift wrap and gift message charges are also non-refundable as these services are prepared at order placement. We provide design proofs before production to minimize errors.
