Review Policy

How Reviews Are Collected

After your order is delivered, we may send you an email inviting you to review the products you purchased. You can also write a review directly from the product page or your orders page. Only customers who have received a delivered order containing the product can submit a review.

Verified Purchase Badge

Reviews from customers with a confirmed delivered order for the product are marked with a “Verified Purchase” badge. This helps other customers identify reviews from genuine buyers.

How Reviews Are Moderated

We use a rating-based moderation system. Reviews with a rating of 3 stars or above from verified purchasers are published automatically. Reviews with 1-2 star ratings and reviews from non-verified accounts are held for manual review by our team before publication.

All pending reviews are published within 14 days unless they violate our review guidelines. We do not permanently suppress any review that meets our guidelines.

Review Guidelines

Reviews may be rejected if they contain:

• Profanity, vulgar language, or hate speech
• Personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses)
• Spam, promotional content, or links to other websites
• Content unrelated to the product being reviewed
• False claims or misleading statements about the product
• Defamatory content or content that violates Indian law
• Copyright-infringing images or media

Both Positive and Negative Reviews

We display both positive and negative reviews. We do not suppress legitimate negative feedback. Critical reviews help us improve our products and help other customers make informed decisions.

Reporting a Review

If you believe a review violates our guidelines, you can report it using the “Report” button on the review. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action within a reasonable time.

Editing and Deleting Reviews

You can edit or delete your own review at any time from the product page or your account. Edited reviews are re-moderated before being published again to ensure compliance with our guidelines.

Review Retention

Reviews are retained as long as the product is available. When you delete your account, your reviews are anonymized (displayed as “Deleted User”) but the review content is preserved to maintain product integrity. Review media (photos and videos) is permanently deleted when your account is deleted.

Incentivized Reviews

We do not currently offer incentives (such as coupons or discounts) in exchange for reviews. If we introduce an incentive program in the future, incentivized reviews will be clearly marked.
